Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original condition for a return to be approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not refund shipping fees.

We are not responsible for shipments returned due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or failure to comply with import regulations. Any additional charges incurred in connection with this will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary fees are paid and that applicable regulations are followed for international deliveries. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty covering any material and manufacturing defects.

Material and manufacturing defects – If something does not work as it should due to a production fault, we will make sure it is fixed.

Repair or replacement – We repair or replace parts found to be defective during the warranty period.

Spare parts if needed – If an accident has occurred and something is broken, we will help you find the right spare part for a quick and easy solution.
