Return policy

We offer 30 days of open purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition for a return to be approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we do not refund shipping costs.

"We are not responsible for shipments that are returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or non-compliance with import regulations. Any additional fees incurred in connection with this will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary fees are paid and that applicable regulations are complied with for international deliveries. Shipping fees are non-refundable."
