For Norway, we ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all customs and VAT fees are included in the price at the time of purchase. You avoid unexpected costs upon delivery!

 Delivery & Order Management

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET/CEST) are normally shipped the same day on weekdays.

Tracking number will be sent via email when your order is on its way.

We cooperate with DHL, PostNord and UPS depending on the destination.


Returns & Complaints

We offer 30 days open purchase so you can feel confident with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, no problem – you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping to us, and we do not refund shipping costs. Responsibility for unpaid customs fees and returned shipments

We are not responsible for shipments returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or failure to comply with import regulations. Any additional fees incurred in connection with this will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary fees are paid and that applicable regulations are followed for international deliveries. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
