For Norway, we ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all customs and VAT fees are included in the price at the time of purchase. You avoid unexpected costs upon delivery!
For deliveries outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Local VAT, customs, and any import fees are paid by the recipient upon import.

Important to know
Shipping costs are not refunded on returns.
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping and handling fees from the refund.
Delivery & Order Handling
• Orders placed before 12:00 (CET/CEST) are normally shipped the same day on weekdays.
• Tracking numbers are sent via email when your order is on its way.
• We cooperate with DHL, PostNord, and UPS depending on the destination.
Returns & Complaints
We offer 30 days open purchase so you can feel confident with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, no problem – you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost back to us, and we do not refund shipping fees. Contact us at support@hottsauna.com if you want to make a return, and we will assist you further.

How long does my delivery take?
See the table above for estimated delivery times depending on the country.
Pre-order and pre-purchases
If you pre-order or pre-purchase an item, it will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. On the product page, you will always see the estimated delivery time. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a message with tracking.
Payments made via Klarna can sometimes be activated before the item is shipped. If you wish to postpone the payment date, you need to contact Klarna directly and they will assist you with that.
We ship all orders in the order they were placed and keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do!

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

Responsibility for unpaid customs fees and returned shipments
We are not responsible for shipments returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, taxes, or non-compliance with import regulations. Any additional charges incurred in connection with this will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary fees are paid and that applicable regulations are followed for international deliveries. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
