For Norway and the United Kingdom, we ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all customs and VAT fees are included in the price at the time of purchase.You avoid unexpected costs upon delivery!

 Delivery & Order Management

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET/CEST) are normally shipped the same day on weekdays.

Tracking number is sent via email when your order is on its way.

We collaborate with DHL, PostNord, and UPS depending on the destination.


Returns & Complaints

We offer 30 days of open purchase so you can feel secure with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, there is no problem – you can return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping back to us, and we do not refund shipping costs. Responsibility for unpaid customs duties and return shipments

"We are not responsible for shipments that are returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or non-compliance with import regulations.
