PURCHASE INFORMATION

We at Hott Sauna reserve the right to make changes to the assortment and have the right to remove items from the assortment before a purchase has been completed. We reserve the right for possible sold-out items, and in such cases will refund you if a purchase has gone through. *
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

PERSONAL DATA

When placing an order or creating an account, we save your personal information such as Name, Phone Number, Address, and email. This information is used so that we can send items to you and to contact you if there is anything regarding your order or other matters on the site that concern you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An automatic order confirmation is sent when you complete your order. (Check that it doesn't end up in your spam folder) There you will find details of what you purchased with prices, delivery address, shipping cost, etc. If anything is wrong with the order, contact us as soon as possible. We also send a message when the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

PRICES

Prices are in Swedish kronor. VAT is included on all items at 25%. All prices shown on the website include VAT if you purchase from Sweden. We reserve the right to change prices without notice for any pricing errors. You always pay the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made no later than 15 minutes after placing the order. If no payment has been received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and put the items back in the store.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Our business is based in Sweden and we follow Swedish laws and regulations. All purchases made through our website are considered to take place in Sweden and are governed by Swedish legislation.

In the event of any disputes, we strive to resolve them amicably with our customers. Should a dispute arise and cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, it will be settled in Swedish court, meaning Swedish law applies. As a consumer, you also have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are informed that disputes arising in connection with your purchase shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law and in Swedish courts.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We ship items several times a week. We use both Posten and DHL to deliver items. The delivery time is normally 2-5 business days but can in some cases take longer.

89 SEK for DHL Servicepoint.
International shipping is based on the buyer's country

RETURNS

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the item.
A condition, however, is that the item is unused and undamaged.

Contact us via email at info@hottsauna.com for canceled purchases or returns.

As a customer, you have 14 days to return the item from the day the notice of withdrawal has been sent.

However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not need to wait for our response.
We recommend that the return is sent with Postnord or DHL as an insured shipment with a trackable parcel number.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the item until it has reached us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns MUST NOT be sent as cash on delivery.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We do not take responsibility for packages that have not been picked up or have also been returned to us.
As a customer, you are responsible for your order and if it is not picked up, you as a customer will therefore bear the shipping cost for the return.
It is therefore important that you pick up a package even if you have canceled your purchase.
Unclaimed packages returned to us will be charged 100 SEK to you as a customer, this cost will be invoiced along with an invoice fee of 29 SEK.
