Here's how:

1. Make sure the tent fabric is clean and completely dry.

2. Cut out a suitably sized piece of the repair cloth – make sure it covers the hole with a margin.

3. Round the corners for better grip and longer durability.

4. Apply the patch over the hole and press down firmly.

Now the tent is ready for more sauna sessions!

Prevent damage to the ceiling

"If you have bought a cheaper sauna tent, it is not uncommon for the tent fabric to already have holes – especially in the roof where embers often land. More expensive tents often use sturdier materials that better withstand heat and embers. But regardless of the tent, there are simple ways to prevent damage:"

Use a fiberglass roof. It serves both as protection against embers and as extra insulation, which reduces heat loss through the roof. The result is a more durable tent and a more pleasant sauna experience.
