Sometimes embers fall, a tear occurs during transport, or something else unexpected happens. But no panic! Small holes in the sauna tent are part of normal wear and tear and something to be expected over time. Fortunately, they are easy to fix with the right method. Here we go through how to quickly repair the damage and get your tent ready for the next sweaty session.
Small holes? Easily repair with our repair kit
For smaller holes, our repair kit for sauna tents is the fastest and most convenient solution. It contains a black self-adhesive nylon fabric that provides a durable repair.

How to do it:
1. Make sure the tent fabric is clean and completely dry.
2. Cut out a suitably sized piece of the repair fabric – make sure it covers the hole with some margin.
3. Round off the corners for better adhesion and longer durability.
4. Apply the patch over the hole and press firmly.
Now the tent is ready for more sauna sessions!
Prevent damage to the roof
If you have bought a cheaper sauna tent, it is not uncommon for the tent fabric to already have holes – especially in the roof where embers often land. More expensive tents often use more robust materials that better withstand heat and embers. But regardless of the tent, there are simple ways to prevent damage:
Use a weather cover. It works both as protection against embers and as extra insulation, which reduces heat loss through the roof. The result is a more durable tent and a more comfortable sauna experience.
