How to use sauna scent
Always mix the scent into water – never pour it undiluted onto the stones. Works just as well in a sauna tent as in a regular sauna.

Add the scent
Add about 10 drops of sauna scent to the water.

Pour it on the stones
Pour the water over the hot stones and let the scent fill the sauna.

How do you use sauna scent?

How long does a bottle last?
A bottle contains 50 ml. At about 10 drops per ladle it lasts for many sauna evenings – how many depends on how much scent you like.
Can you use sauna scent in a sauna tent?
Yes, just like in a regular sauna. Pour the scented water over the stones in the stove's stone magazine.
How do you use menthol crystals?
Put a small piece of a crystal in a ladle of water and pour it over the stones. Start with a little – the menthol is strong.
