What is the cost of shipping?
Domestic tracked shipping costs 59 SEK and usually takes 1–3 business days. We offer free shipping on all sauna tents shipped within the EU and on all orders over 999 SEK within Sweden.
When purchasing a sauna tent that is too large for a pickup point, we offer free home delivery or pickup at the terminal. The shipping company will contact you to confirm which option suits you best.
Can I track my delivery?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification at the email address you provided. The email contains a link with a tracking number so you can follow the package's journey to the pickup point. Don’t forget to provide your mobile number – we will send an SMS when the package is ready for pickup.
Sauna tent
For purchases of sauna tents that are too large for pickup points, we offer home delivery or pickup at the terminal. The shipping company will contact you to confirm which option suits you best.

Of course, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products from the moment you receive the item!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return the product within 30 days, as long as it is unused. Contact us and we will ensure a hassle-free return.
We also offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products – so you as a customer can feel confident with your purchase.
Can I split the payment?
Yes, we offer installment payments via Klarna, so you can pay at a pace that suits you.
