How much does shipping cost?
Domestic trackable shipping costs 59 SEK and usually takes 1–3 business days. We offer free shipping on all sauna tents shipped within the EU and all orders over 999 SEK within Sweden.
When purchasing sauna tents that are too large for pickup points, we offer free home delivery or pickup at the terminal. The shipping company will contact you to agree on which option suits you best.
Can I track my delivery?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification to the email address you provided. The email contains a link with a tracking number so you can follow the package's path to the agent. Don't forget to enter your mobile number - we'll send you an SMS when the package is ready for collection.
Sauna tent
purchase of a sauna tent, which is too large for an agent, we offer home delivery or collection at the terminal. The shipping company will contact you to decide which option suits you best.
Always open purchase and 1 year warranty
Of course, we have 30 days open purchase on all our goods from when you receive the goods!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return the product within 30 days, as long as it is in unused condition. Contact us and we will arrange a hassle-free return.
We also offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products - so that you as a customer can feel safe with your purchase.
Can I split the payment?
Yes, we offer installment payments through Klarna, so you can pay at a pace that suits you.
