Mini Beast or The Beast?
Both are wood-fired, built in stainless steel and have a built-in stone magazine. The difference is the size, and which tent they are made for.
Stone magazine
The stones sit where the heat is
The stone magazine is built into the top of the stove, close to its hottest part. You don't need a separate stone basket, and the stones heat up quickly and evenly.
Pour water on the stones for soft, full löyly. The magazine holds 15 kg of stones in Mini Beast and 20 kg in The Beast, so the heat lasts between refills.

Two-stage spark protection
A wood stove in a tent has to keep sparks away from the fabric and the nature around it.
- Spark trap: in both stoves, glowing particles are forced down into a separate spark chamber before the smoke reaches the chimney.
- Chimney cap: both stoves have a spark arrestor on top of the chimney that catches whatever is left.

Carry the stove on your back
The legs fold in and the chimney pipes pack inside the stove, so everything fits in the carry bag. With the backpack straps you take it to the lake, the mountains or the cabin, and the sauna is hot wherever you want to be.

Frequently asked questions about sauna stoves
Which stove fits my sauna tent?
The 7.5 kW Mini Beast is made for smaller tents like Gnistan, for 2–5 people. The 9 kW Beast is made for larger tents like Flamman, for 4–8 people, and for you who want really high temperatures even in winter.
How hot does the sauna tent get?
With the right stove for the tent you reach normal sauna temperature of 70–90 degrees. The Beast can take the sauna above 100 degrees. Outdoor temperature, wind and how dry the wood is all play a part.
How quickly does it get hot?
Gnistan with Mini Beast is hot in about 10–15 minutes. Flamman with The Beast takes about 20–25 minutes, since there is more air to heat.
Does the stove need to be burned in?
Yes. Burn in the stove outdoors once before using it in the tent. Here's how, step by step.
Can a stainless steel stove rust?
Yes, some surface rust can appear over time from heat, moisture and water splashes. It does not affect how the stove works. Wipe the stove after use, store it dry and brush off surface rust when needed.
How do I clean the soot from the stove?
Empty the ash tray after every sauna and sweep the chimney pipes regularly. Read the guide on sweeping.
